Incoming Rutgers Health Newark Students with a Previously Issued Rutgers ID Card ​

PLEASE NOTE: The below instructions are ONLY for incoming students at Rutgers Health Newark who have previously had a Rutgers ID card issued to them and cannot locate it.  

  1. Note that if you still have your existing ID card and it was printed after 2018, you can/should still use that ID card and there is no need to request a new one. If you do need a new ID card, you should request a replacement ID card by following the below instructions.
  2. Incoming students are entitled to a replacement ID card, if needed. You DO NOT need to make a payment for this card.
  3. To request a replacement ID card complete the form at the following link: https://oasa.rbhs.rutgers.edu/returning-idcard
  4. IMPORTANT NOTE: Incoming students will pick up pick their ID card at the location referenced on the form. This form will be sent to your email address after your ID card is printed.
